About Chopple

Chopple is a Noxx Studios app for recipes, pantry tracking, meal planning, and grocery lists. It is currently in development. These terms apply to this website and any development version of Chopple that Noxx Studios makes available to you. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Using Chopple

Use Chopple lawfully and respect other people’s rights. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another person’s account, interfere with its operation, or upload harmful or unlawful material.

Your recipes and contributions

You retain ownership of the original content you contribute. You give Noxx Studios permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the features you use. When you choose to publish a recipe or photo, the content and your chosen Chopple username become public. Photo selection is optional and limited to images you choose. Confirm that you want to make this information public before publishing. Only upload or share content you have the right to use.

Importing a recipe does not transfer the original creator’s rights to you. Respect the source website’s terms and any applicable copyright. Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Cooking and ingredient information

Recipes, ingredient substitutions, serving calculations, and nutrition information may be incomplete or inaccurate. Check ingredient labels, allergens, quantities, and cooking instructions yourself. Use appropriate food storage and preparation practices. Chopple does not provide medical or dietary advice.

A service in development

Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed as Chopple develops. Keep your own copies of recipes and other information that matters to you. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free results.

Privacy and support

See the privacy policy for details about account data, Google sign-in, local storage, publishing, and data requests. For questions, account help, content concerns, or a deletion request, email darrius.g.stafford@gmail.com.

Ending use and changes to these terms

You may stop using Chopple at any time. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, protect users, or comply with law. We may revise these terms as the service changes and will update the date on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the service when available.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded, including any mandatory consumer protections.
